Our Company History

The journey of real estate investing began in 2009 beginning with residential, then private money lending and moving into passive income thru rental properties, and ultimately into commercial multifamily real estate.

Earthly Equity is a commercial real estate investment company dedicated to creating opportunities for investors by securing worthy assets through multifamily real estate investing.

Our Target Markets

We target 30-150 unit Class B and C residential properties in A and B markets, built after 1978, offering value-add opportunities. Our value-add real estate strategy seeks to increase a property’s existing cash flow over time by making improvements to the property. This generally includes making physical upgrades to the asset which in turn allows rent increase, improvement of property management and lowering operating expenses where possible. This strategy offers a safe balance of risk vs. return to our investors, as it provides in-place cash flow at the time of the asset’s acquisition, with significant upside potential in the form of value appreciation and enables them to gain multiple income streams from the same type of investment. Our main 3 target markets as of now are Indiana, Texas, and Florida.

Conservative approach

We use conservative financial assumptions and cash flow projections when evaluating investment opportunities and offer conservatively structured investments. Our conservative approach ultimately leads to a much higher chance of success in the asset’s future financial performance.

In general, property appreciation means an increase of its value over time. The more an asset appreciates in value, the more profit is made on its refinance or sale. In addition to this natural appreciation, we increase the value of our assets by increasing their net operating income, which in turn, further increases their value. This means more money for the investors upon refinance or sale of the property

Bryce began real estate investing during his junior year in college on the side. Now he is a full time investor specializing in multi family. Bryce brings value through deal sourcing, capital raising, underwriting and investor relations. He is extemely kind, great with people, consistent, a very hard worker, and looking to help anyone. Bryce graduated from Ball State University and currently lives in Fort Wayne. He enjoys sports, lifting weights, playing the guitar, reading, and most importantly hanging with his family.

Honesty, integrity, and teamwork is what guides us through our day to day activities Garrison has been a full-time real estate investor since 2001 after completing college with two business majors and a minor in psychology. Since that time, he purchased over 1200 properties including fix/flips, land development deals, beach property acquisitions, single-family rental portfolios, section-8 rental portfolios, high-end estate developments, nonperforming real estate notes, and he was involved with a $50M real estate fund based out of NYC in 2008.
